Well hello there!

With the holidays looming, we thought it best to update you with our training plans over the Christmas / New Year break. We’re having three weeks off – 14/15 December, 21/22 December, and 28/29 December. All sessions will be back in the first week of 2022 (!) on 4/5 January. Same times, same place. The perfect time to remind yourself you need to run for approximately 21 minutes (equivalent to 1180 squats/460 lunges – ish) to burn off a mince pie.

Please remember:
– do not attend if you feel unwell
– contact the Club if a subsequent covid test is positive
– have a great break
