Junior Hockey

Here’s all you need to know about the home of hockey in Thanet…

Our junior sessions are suitable for ages 5-16, and are run by DBS checked Club volunteers on WEDNESDAY evenings from 6-7pm at St Lawrence College (College Road, Ramsgate, CT11 7AA).

For safety reasons, we ask that all players have a gumshield and shin-pads. You don’t need any other special equipment, just dress to play sport outdoors – some water might be useful too. We can loan you a stick, or suggest outlets for you to be able to purchase a suitable one should you wish.

From this season (23/24) we are stepping away from the "Pay as you Play" model we introduced during Covid. This means we will be returning to monthly payments or a one-off annual payment. This is intended to make it easier for you as a member, and for us as volunteers tracking payments.

The monthly payments option works similar to a Direct Debit, but cease after the final payment is made. These are interest free, so you won't pay any more than someone who has chosen an "All In" single payment option.

The Junior payments cover all training sessions, insurances, etc., from 01st September to 30th June - 34 in total.

Any sessions The Club chooses to run outside of the season will be charged per session at a price yet to be decided, which must be paid before 5pm on the day.

Membership payments should be made before 22nd October 2023.
